The feed
There's now a single page at /feed showing every recent week note from everyone who writes here, newest first. No ranking and no algorithm — it's the order things were published in, and nothing else. There's an RSS feed of the same thing at /rss if you'd rather read it in your feed reader. Your own per-person feed at /:username/rss is unchanged.

Your notes are easier to find
Search engines and AI assistants now get a much clearer picture of what's here. Every note carries structured data describing its author, when it was published and how long it is, notes published without a title finally have a proper heading, and the sitemap points at real pages rather than redirects and says when each profile last changed. There's also a new plain-text summary at /llms.txt that explains how the site works and lists recent notes, so assistants like ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity can find your writing and credit it to you properly.

Self-hosted analytics
There's now a small analytics script on the site. It's self-hosted on a domain I own rather than handed to a third-party analytics company, and it's there to measure traffic — which pages get read, and how many people arrive. No advertising network is involved, and any content blocker will stop it if you'd rather it didn't run.

Profiles get website links, location chips
Three changes that go together: Your website now shows up on your profile and gets included in your RSS feed. Next to it, a new location chip shows your country and current local time. The location picker now covers every country; pick whichever feels right and that's what appears on your profile.

Podcast mode
Turn on Podcast mode in Settings and your RSS feed at /:username/rss becomes a valid podcast feed. Notes that include voice memos can appear as episodes in Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and other platforms. There are submission buttons in Settings for the major directories.

Friday morning email nudge
If you haven't started your week note by Friday 11am in your timezone, you'll get a short email reminding you to sign in and post. It's on by default for all new users but you can turn it off in Settings.
